For its E220 d OM654.920 application at 143 kW/194 hp, MANN lists HU 6020 z for oil filtration, C 45 004 for engine air filtration and PU 11 002 z KIT for fuel filtration. The ventilation prefilter and main cabin filter are separate items with their own references.

The main application is the 1,950 cc E220 d listed from March 2016. MANN groups W/S213 and A/C238 under one model-family heading. Confirm the actual body, engine, production details and any application notes when ordering.

Check C 45 004 in the actual listing. A result described only as “E220 air filter” may belong to another generation. The earlier W212 E220 CDI’s air-filter options do not establish a W213 OM654 match.

Fuel-filter kit: useful reference, separate job

PU 11 002 z KIT is supported by both the printed catalogue and the current MANN E220 d product application. Keep the full reference, including KIT, when requesting a supplier match.

A correct catalogue reference does not establish when replacement is due, how to carry out the procedure or which tools are required. Confirm the job against the car’s maintenance record and workshop requirements. Use the vehicle-specific replacement procedure, including any required priming steps.

MANN’s current CU, CUK and RHD FP pages list the selected E220 d engine/output application. The prefilter is separate from the main cabin-filter choices; buying both CUK and FP as if they were two different required stages would confuse the comparison.

Compare the CUK and appropriate FP versions after confirming the installation. Retain the /1 suffix for the listed RHD FP option. Search results may show a different suffix, a multipack or an unrelated filter, so check the complete item before ordering.

Compare a service kit by its contents

Ask which references are included and whether the quote covers the prefilter, main cabin filter, engine air filter or fuel filter separately. An itemised invoice is more useful than the words “all filters changed”.
